    Description and Food Pairing

    Sparkling wine from the same coupage as the Blanc de Blancs (Xarel·lo, Macabeo, and Parellada), with a small percentage of Monastrell that gives it complexity and a very elegant color. Wild fruit, citrus, with the typical notes of aromatic Mediterranean herbs such as fennel. Voluminous in the mouth, very good structure, elegant, fresh and persistent.
