    Description and Food Pairing

    The hand-picked grapes are pressed very delicately to prevent the colour of the skin from being transferred to the must. After fermentation at controlled temperatures, a straw-coloured wine is obtained, which is then converted into sparkling wine using the Charmat Method and then blended with lemon juice and natural flavours.
