Do customers still need a personal Alcohol License to purchase alcohol in Dubai?
Yes, as of 1st January 2023, customers simply need to register for free using their valid Emirates ID. You can register online or head to your nearest MMI store to complete your registration.

Who is eligible to use Home Delivery?
To use MMI Home Delivery, you must be over 21 years of age and either a:
- Dubai Resident with an Emirates ID registered on https://licensedxb.com/#/home/registration
- Tourist with original passport registered on https://licensedxb.com/#/home/registration
As soon as you complete your license application, you are eligible to place up to three orders until your registration is fully approved.
Where do I apply if I do not have a valid Dubai Alcohol License for delivery?
Anyone over the age of 21 can simply register at any of MMI’s 21 Dubai-based stores. All you need is your valid Emirates ID. Alternatively, you can apply online at https://licensedxb.com/#/home/registration
Does MMI Home Delivery.com deliver to all areas in Dubai?
We deliver to all registered addresses in Dubai, excluding Hatta.
What are MMI Home Delivery hours?
We deliver between 2:00pm and 10:00pm, seven days a week.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders placed before 12:00pm will be delivered by 10:00pm on the same day. In case of an unlikely delay, we will contact you. Orders can be placed up to seven days in advance.
Is there a delivery charge for MMI Home Delivery?
No, MMI Home Delivery is free of charge.
IS there a minimum order value?
Yes, the minimum order value is AED 200 (including 5% VAT).
Do I need to pay Municipality Tax?
No, the 30% municipality tax is removed based on the Dubai Government announcement made on 1st Jan 2023.
Do I need to pay Value Added Tax (VAT)?
Yes, all orders are subject to 5% VAT, in compliance with UAE regulations. If you’re a tourist who wishes to claim back VAT using Tax Free Planet, kindly visit an MMI Retail Shop to make your purchase.
How do I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order on MMI Home Delivery using our secure payment gateway.
Can I pay cash or credit card on delivery?
No, we do not offer payment on delivery. Our delivery team members do not handle cash or card machines. All order payments must be made online using our secure payment gateway.
How do I register and create an account?
Simply click on the “Login/Register” button located on the top menu bar and you will be redirected to our account registration page. Alternately, you can create a new account upon check out before placing your order. Before making a purchase, you must register on https://licensedxb.com/#/home/registration using your valid Emirates ID or passport if you’re a tourist.
Why should I register and create an account on MMI Home Delivery.com?
By registering and creating an account on MMI Home Delivery, you will be able to quickly log in, place and order, and get it delivered to your securely saved address.
What do I do if I have problems logging in or creating an account on MMI Home Delivery?

How will I know if my order has been processed?
Once we receive your order, you will receive an email confirmation from MMI Home Delivery, the order will also be saved in your Account/Order history. If you process an order and do not receive the confirmation email after making a payment, please get in touch via mmihomedelivery@mmi.ae or call us at 04 304 011 and a member of our team will be happy to help you.
Where can I see my order history?
If you click “My Account” on the top menu bar, you will be redirected to your account dashboard. Simply click on the “Order” button on the side of the page, and you will be to see your order history.
Can I cancel an order once it has been processed online?
Yes, if you cancel you may be charged an AED 50 cancellation fee. Please contact us at via mmihomedelivery@mmi.ae or phone 04 304 0111.
Can I amend an order once it has been processed online?
Unfortunately, we cannot remove or add products to an order once you have checked out and paid for it online. You can request to cancel your order by getting on touch via mmimmihomedelivery@mmi.ae or calling us at 04 304 0111.
Are all the products available in MMI shops also available from MMI Home Delivery?
We currently have a select range of more than 1000 most popular wines, spirits, and beers from MMI available on MMI Home Delivery, including:

Are the products authentic?
All products are 100% authentic, through the approved Dubai distributor of your favourite international brands. They are stored and transported in climate-controlled conditions to your doorstep, with MMI quality guarantee. Who can receive my delivery?
The person who placed the order on MMI Home Delivery must be available to accept the delivery and present either a:
- A valid alcohol license if the customer is a Dubai resident.
Please note that your alcohol license number must match the one that is on your receipt.
After the first order, any person over the age of 21 with a valid Emirates ID can accept the delivery.
- Original passport if the customer is a tourist.
If the above documents do not match the information submitted when the order is placed, our delivery team reserves the right to withhold the delivery.
If I get a discount when I shop in-store at MMI – can I use this at MMI Home Delivery?
Yes, the discount cards accepted in the MMI shops can be used online and issued in the name of the person placing the order. For more details, please get in touch via mmihomedelivery@mmi.ae or call us at 04 304 0111
How will MMI Home Deliver my order?
Your order will be delivered to you in a refrigerated van.
At the time of delivery, you will be required to present your:
- A valid alcohol license if you are a Dubai resident. Please note that your alcohol license number must match the one that is on your receipt. After the first order, any person over the age of 21 with a valid Emirates ID can accept the delivery.
- Original passport if you are a tourist.
If the above documents do not match the information submitted when the order is placed, our delivery team reserves the right to withhold the delivery.
Do you deliver to apartments, serviced apartments, and hotels?
Yes, we will call you when we arrive. If the building allows our driver to sign-in and then we will deliver to your doorstep. If the building security does not give the driver access to the building, you must meet our driver in the lobby to accept your delivery.
Please note the refund for the goods will be to your credit/debit card which will take approximately 7 working days depending on your bank.
Who will deliver my products?
Your products will be delivered by MMI’s logistics team or our delivery partners directly to your door.
What happens if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
MMI Home Delivery offers a 100% quality guarantee for any purchase. If you have any concerns, please contact our team and we will arrange a replacement product to be collected from one of the MMI retail shops. What if items are missing from my delivery?
If any items are missing from your delivery, please contact our team within 2 hours of receiving your delivery at mmihomedelivery@mmi.ae or call us at 04 304 011.
How long will a refund take?
Please note the refund for the goods will be to your credit/debit card which will take approximately 7 working days depending on your bank.
Are my details secure when ordering online?
Yes, MMI Home Delivery uses the latest encryption technology. Your payment is processed by a market-leading and highly secure payment gateway. Please be advised that MMI does not have access to your credit card details.
