    Chablis Moreau et Fils 75cl

    Description and Food Pairing

    This is a classic Burgundian Chablis produced by well-known J. Moreau & fils. There is no oak treatment on this Chablis. However, the Chardonnay wine was aged more than eight months on its lees giving it a subtle nutty flavour and creaminess. Pale green in the glass, this is an elegant Chablis with ripe apple, pear fruit, grapefruit flavours finishing with driven minerality. Chill and pour with fresh steamed shrimp, or raw oysters on the half shell.
