    An authentic 100% Blue agave tequila from Casa Herradura which takes it’s name from the agave farmers called the jimadors. El Jimador Anejo is an aged tequila which has spent 12 months in American Oak Barrels giving the tequila a rich and deep golden colour and classic aromas of cooked agave, cinnamon, spice and rich oak. On the palate, the tequila has tongue-coating silkiness with flavours of vanilla, sweet spice and dark cherries.
