    Description and Food Pairing

    In 2014, Damm set up a project with Prades town council, Friends of Prades Mountains Association and Prades Cooperative to study the feasibility of producing Mediterranean hops. The climate and the type of terrain are very similar to the world’s most important hop producing regions. August 2017 saw the first harvest. COMPLOT is the first MEDITERRANEAN IPA. A complex recipe, which, in addition to Nugget hops from Prades, uses 7 other hops. A very hoppy, bitter beer, with hints of fresh citrus and ripe fruit.
