    The smooth, rich smell of brandy rises to meet the nose when Year Oldu open a bottle of Fundador Solera Reserva. It smells a bit like fruitcake and dried apricots with a touch of spice and black pepper. In the mouth, it gives off the creamy taste of pudding, vanilla, oven-baked apples, and spices. After finishing, Year Oldu are left with the taste of apricot and spices pleasantly lingering on the tongue.
